Release Me App Reviews

This is a very useful app! I easily created my paragraphs and added my own letterhead! But: What if I want to change a phrase or sentence or word in one paragraph..?-unfortunately there is no possibility to edit a paragraph when its once saved... Sure you could set up a new paragraph and make everything right in there...but this is messing up the oppertunety-list of all paragraphs... (like: Rights 1... Rights 2...) You can not delete once written paragraphs in no way! So even if you cant edit them you should be able to delete them,right?! No...in this version you cant. So the only way is to reinstall the app every time your paragraphs-list gets a little messy... So: - if you allow to edit paragraphs - if you allow to delete paragraphs (not deactivate or activating) THEN this is a really REALLY helpful and perfect app to manage your daily photography life :) So since there is no update, you have to set up everything right in the beginning :) Update =

The app is good and its doing what it should but it makes me angry if i pay a high price an theres no support on any questions. Nobodey is still working on! No update for the iphone 5!! That sucks!!! So the app is ok but not for this price!!

Such a great app. As a photographer it is an extremely valuable tool. Everything is customizable, just wish it had a province option and postal code rather just state & zip. The ability to customize it to my needs & being able to have this on my phone wherever I go is huge.

I purchased the app and it looks great but I really cant figure out how to do anything with it. I emailed the dev but havent heard anything back so Im leaving this review. There are other apps that do a better job. For the price there should be some type of how to manual with the app. Keep looking would be my suggestion.

Glitchy on iPhone 5. Needs an update. Email he company that makes it last month - All-Nighters - and never got a reply as to when it might be updated.

Its difficult to customize, non-intuitive to send a copy to the model, and my attempt to create my own resulted in a contract that was impossible for you to "accept"... only decline. Non-existent customer service to boot.

I was really hoping this would be the one solution I needed for my releases. Could be a great app with a few addional features and bug fixes. Ive had replies from developers when sending feedback and feature request of free app but support is non existent for this paid app.

It would be nice to have - the location of shoot in the pdf version - the option to translate fields - the possibility to add options in the section new model . New adjustable fields.

Other people have gone into core details that the app misses. I wish this app was a replacement for Easy Release, but it isnt. For one, I want the DoB and stage name of the models but cant customize the info you collect. You cant return to the projects page. The email you see to models should have the subject field filled out, and have the option to CC somebody else (or yourself) by default. Overall neat, but unusable for my needs.

Well, I may have a little bias but obviously this app rules!

Ahh, sighs of relief. This app was well needed for my business, and um, well if you have an iphone and youre a photographer and also hate carrying model releases everywhere, especially when travelling, then get this app. Its thought out well, concise, and allows for your own customization. It saves the release as a .pdf and then you can email it to yourself. Brilliant. I like how the projects group works. The one thing Id like to see is a property release built in. When shooting on location I sometimes need property releases too. Can you build one in please?

This app is a lifesaver. This has made saving and keeping track of releases so much easier. I really enjoy that I can email them to myself so I always know where to go and find them. I dont have to worry about keeping a paper trail. Great job guys!!!!

If youre reading this then you need to stop now and just buy the app. Way easier to keep track of releases and I can already tell people have a more professional perception of me using digital vs. paper.

I purchased your new app - Release Me...really like it a lot. I do have a comment/question. For future releases is it possible for you to do the following: Can you make the application web based? Reason: 1. this would make the data stored more centralized and could be syncd between, iPhone, iPad and all supported devices. 2. Make updates to my information 1 time and is syncd with all other devices. 3. Also since the release document is customizable (AWESOME BTW!!!!) it would make updating and editing much easier. I know it might be a stretch but it would surely make the app that much more robust. Thanks for developing and look forward to future apps!

Does much less than most other release apps, for much more than most. I might pay $1.99 for this if they fixed the bugs.

Great idea great product way to go guys

Final forms are indeed very nice which is what i wanted but Release Me does not support dynamic customization features which is a deal breaker. First name only signature space? Seriously? Unfortunately, Release Me cannot be taken used as a professional app. I also was disappointed to learn that the iPhone and iPad versions are separate. Not cool. There are better, more affordable, universal release apps that have been on the market much longer.

I bought this on my iPhone but was really to have the ap work on te iPad. Turns out its one of those really small iPhone versions that you need to hit the 2x for to make bigger. If you know anything about photographers we dont want a pixelated image. Would be nice if this updated to the proper iPad size without having to re-purchase the HD version.
