Release Me App Reviews

Not a serious effort.

Very nice so far but it crashed few times already. Also, trying to customize the release isnt the easiest thing to do on the iphone. No idea how to save the text after customizing it. For example, I am also trying to change where it says (images) to video. I can change it but cannot save it like that? Any help JoeyL?

I wanted to have it on my iPad and well.... You have to pay again. They are formed as 2 different apps which allows the makers to charge for separate apps. I am NOT willing to pay another $9 bucks!

As a traveling photographer on the run a lot, this app has been invaluable to me. For example, Ive recently shot portraits of surfers in New York City. Since they are complete strangers, this app makes it incredibly easy to get their contact info without having to carry around a pen and stack of papers. The photo option also conveniently puts a face to the name, so theres no confusion down the road. 5 stars for me, I use this constantly and the saves my butt.

Used to use this app with great response but now it just crashes every time I try and add a location. I was forced to buy Easy Release, which is slightly more annoying to use, but at least it works. Im getting the vibe that the devs have abandoned this app. Too bad, it was good when it worked.

Just downloaded and tested it. Super easy to use, no issues on my iphone 6 plus. Wish i wouldve had this the other night wouldve save me a ton of time. Paper is dumb.

I paid twice and much and more for “Easy Release” and I want my money back from them. Then I bought "Release Me” and found it to be far superior. That said, what they need to do is: make access to models’ info and emails for easy emailing to all at once. Would be nice also if, when emailing the finished release, my email could be automatically entered, instead of having to take that extra step. Sometimes it gets busy at around here. Overall though this amazingly well thought out and functioning program is a GEM. You get more and PAY less.

Mostly great but once leave the list of projects and get into the list of models in that project, you cannot get out and back into the list of projects without shutting down the app and reopening. This is the case on a few of the pages.

Almost exactly what Im looking for but its only displaying in landscape mode and near impossible to edit with the keyboard active. Send an update and Ill update my rating.

App works well, but in addition to not being able to return to the project screen, you cannot edit the project list after you create a project. If you make a typo on the project name you cant correct it. This needs to be fixed.

I need additional fields for models to fill out beyond name, address, etc., and there is no way to add custom fields in Release Me as of January 2016. So for me this was nonrefundable money wasted.

Hey! Love the app! Been using it for years since it "release" lol. But I just updated it and it wont allow me to go back to the project page or edit project info. Also as one other review mentioned, it would be nice to be able to email and send etc all models info on one place and the ability to choose your email rather than having to type it all the time.

Can not delete a project. Have to exit app to get back to project list. App interface is not as efficient, like the promo video depicts. It does work on a basic level, just missing basic functionality. Help file would be useful.
